It's not fair that you will continue to get paid less just because you don't have the CSAC certification next to your name on your resume. Companies are always inundated with resumes and looking for people with Social Services industry experience and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) Exam expertise. There are a lot of fakers and then there are a lot of proven Social Services professionals. The proven professionals always seem to be the ones with the CSAC certification, regardless of how many years of Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) Exam experience they actually have. Go figure.
